How bad does CT Enterography feel?

Hey,

Can anyone tell me how CT Enterography feels..as in is the procedure painful?

I had been diagnosed with UC in 2015..But now, a doctor has adviced me CT Enterography, as he doubts that it might be Chron's Disease.

The procedure, as it has been described in the internet, seems pretty complicated and painful. Can anyone share his/her experience?

Am 21 and scared as hell.

Currently on Humira 40mg (Bi-weekly), Folvite, Pentasa Granules - 3gms.

I did a MRE, which is not the same, but I'd imagine it's similar. The worst part is drinking the stuff. For me, the barium made me have to run to the toilet. The test requires that you lay still. With a flare up, and a bunch of barium flowing through my bowels, it was scary for sure. I had to dart to the toilet multiple times before beginning the test. I was able to get through it, but I wasn't confident I would make it when I was laying in the MRI machine. The nurse told me, if you move, you have to start over. I was concerned it would happen to me, but luckily it didn't. The test was kind of longish too... The test I had was not painful though, just inconvenient.
