Happy Easter from Warsaw
I've never heard the word 'keister' lol ima - i love potato salad! In Poland, eggs are eaten traditionally for Easter breakfast, so today i prepared egg cutlets, they are really delicious.
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1 raw egg
- lots of finely cut parsley leaves
- 2 TBS of bread crumbs (can be gluten free)
- 2 slices of toast bread soaked in 1/2 cup of milk (i use rice drink)
in a bowl, you smash eggs with a wooden spoon. Then you add a raw egg, parsley, toast bread (squeezed from excess milk) and bread crumbs and mix everything well together. Then you form round cutlets, toss them in extra bread crumbs and fry on ghee on both sides until golden.
