Hi everyone,
I got an EKG and it showed sinus bradycardia, meaning my heart rate is lower than normal. It's supposed to be 60 or more beats per minute.
I thought I was in remission but my pathology report showed mild inflammation confined to the rectum. GI was not able to see it visually and told me I had no inflammation but pathology report is different. This was from last week.
Since many problems I have seem to be secondary to UC or from meds, I was wondering if there is a connection to UC? Also, is this one of those diagnosis that is not meaningful and I'm worried for no reason now? The doc just sent me the test result without any explanation and unfortunately EKG was ordered by GI and don't have a cardiologist. The purpose of the test was not make sure my "chronic heartburn" is not really a cardio issue.
