hi,i want to know if fiber intake can increase bm during remission,and which kind of fiber,soluble or insoluble fiber or there is any other cause of increased Bm

fiber, especially insoluble will increase bulk. also anythig that promotes growth (and die off) of gut microbes. A large portion of the dry mass of stool is bacteria.

so if i am eating grains like wheat also and BM increased to 3-4 per day.is it normal?
