Weird lump

So I've had this weird lump for about 3-4 years now
Around the anal opening , about the size of a pea
Doesn't hurt or grow
Kind of freaked out it might be cancer
Other That no other symptoms
Have any of you experienced something similar ?

Could be a cyst, ingrown hair, hemmie, abscess etc. Why haven't you asked your doctor?

It's probably not cancer. Just ask your doctor, as we could speculate all day long what it is. I do like Uniform Charlie's explanations, very well could be those!

Anything obviously red, dripping puss, or bleeding from it?

It looks kind of like a pimple and it won't bleed unless I'm condtipated

Perianal abscess or fistulas are possible with what you describe. Any pain pooping or discomfort sitting?
