Painful gas remedy???....

Does anyone have good remedy for painful gas and bloating? Still waiting to see my doc but in the mean time something's got to give! I look 6 months preggo and have the worst gas that can only be passed on toilet..( it's accompanied with liquid ).... help anyone..?

Have you tried charcoal before? I think it's very absorptive as I know it has to be taken at a different time to medications due to its absorptive properties.

Any chance you have a non-celiac-gluten-intolerance? Or a lactose intolerance? Try excluding those for 3 or so weeks and see if it improves...
