Any ideas on this ? (Ulcer)

So I get scoped next wed, been keeping ulcer in control eating every 3 hours super bland food and taking 2 Prilosec per day w licorice and tumeric however every time I have a protein show with zero lactose I get the really bad ulcer stomach ache again any idea why or how guys?
