J pouch surgery 2/3 pain

Hi all I am 3 months post op surgery 2/3 jpouch surgery. I still have an ileostomy but am getting a good bit of pain on back passage. Tramadol OxyContin and oxynorm works well. Anyone know what causes this pain?

Pain a number of months after abdominal surgery could be Abdominal Adhesions /www.niddk.nih.gov/health-information/digestive-diseases/abdominal-adhesions

If you haven't already, I would reach out to your surgeon about the pains you are experiencing and scans can be done to see exactly what is going on inside of you.

Very uncomfortable burning debilitating pain that affects me a lot when sitting down.
