I feel fine but blood

Hi as the title says I feel feel fine. I go to toilet 1-2 times a day, no urgency no pain but fir the last 2-3 weeks there has been a bit of blood in the toilet after I go. Any idea why this could be ?

Currently taking
15mg pred
Azithiprine 150mg
Mesalasing oral and suppository
VSL3

I was reducing the pred by 2.5 mg every few weeks and was down to 7.5 mg. but when the boos started I jumped back up to 15 mg. but I'm still getting blood

As for diet I have reduced the amount of dairy and wheat I eat and drink no fizzy drinks

Do you have polyps perhaps? I remember I was feeling fine but I had polyps and when they removed them the blood stopped.
