if it's the VSL3DS in your sig line you'd have needed a prescription written to obtain them, if I am not mistaken. And selling prescription medications with your name on it to another individual is against the law. There are both federal AND state laws that make using or sharing prescription drugs illegal.

I know we are talking about probiotics and not narcotics, but I am relatively certain the same laws would apply to it due to the RX situation. A bad idea. And that is aside from the fact that some are expired.

The very nature of probiotics is that they are delicate and care must be taken to insure they are still active upon administration.....so I am thinking expired probiotics are worthless. Just my two cents. Good luck though and I hope you are well also!

Oh, ok so you are selling the regular VSL3 then? and not the DS (double strength)? because the DS still requires an RX. And selling RX meds is against the law.

As far as expiration dates go, I think inert powder and live organisms may fall under a little different parameters and the dates are much more important on the live meds. But I am no doctor

Not here. It is against the TOS to drum up sales of any sort on HW.

Thanks Marjie, you are 100% correct. Selling unused drugs or supplements is a liability, illegal, and a risk for both the buyer and seller.
