Everything sounds like improvements except the stomach pains. I wonder if you're referring to tenesmus? It's crazy annoying to run to the bathroom for nothing, or at most pass a tiny bit of mucus. It's the kinda thing where you can't yet trust a fart or loud gurgle and just run to be safe.
The bigger and most monumental improvement is when you can distinguish a fart from a need to poop, which feels like scoring the point that wins the whole game complete with the need of a dance of unsportsman-like behavior
My UC is anything but consistent. Changes week-to-week randomly just to keep life a mystery or at least annoy the heck out of me, I'm still debating which it is. Oh 1-bm a day for 3-4 days I guess this is my new norm. THEN 2 bms a day for 3-4 days. Oh things are getting firmer now. Oh they're looser again. And mix and repeat.
