I am currently going through my first real flare.
why are my toliet visits more frequent during the night 😑 struggle to get a decent night sleep.

I don't know but it sure is annoying! What meds are you taking to beat this flare? Hitting this flare aggressively and early is your best chance for a full night's sleep.

I didnt have many late night visits....mornings were bad and early evening after supper....even before diagnosis.
How much of your colon is involved?
