This one came on with zero notice went to bed fine, woke up the next day very bad cramps. And is worse than the first.

Back on 4 lialda and they called me in prednisone 40mg daily, my question it’s about 4:00 pm here and I just took them for the first time. Are the better to take in the morning? Since I just took them would it be to soon to in the AM

Sorry to hear you're flaring. It doesn't matter what time you take your pills. Don't worry it'll be fine.

I always take prednisone in the am because it gives me insomnia. You can safely take them in the am tomorrow if you took them at 4 today.

Thank you for the reply! I just took them. Also my wife picked up my lialda yesterday and it now it's mesalamine substitute for lialda. Should I be concerned or just take it as normal?
