Do any one of you guys feel this too? I can't seem to hold my piss long enough. The first signal to pee, I get anxious and need to go immediately.

Furthermore, I feel like this is affecting my performance in bed. Anyone else on the same boat??

Yes, I do. I just feel like having UC affects other functions of the body as well, including urine incontinence and erectile dysfunction. I was wondering if anyone else feels this too.

Are you on any antidepressants if so what? I ask as they can have side effects like erectile disfunction.

Yes we can have extra-intestinal complications as uc patients.

During my first flare my entire pelvic area felt like it was on fire. Everything is pretty close together down there...colon, prostate, bladder. Everything was screwy including urinating.

I have dealt with frequent urination before. It comes and goes. Not sure if it is related to UC, prostate or anxiety. How old are you? Have you been to a urologist?
