I've had more trouble with rides that spin me round-and-round like a top. Now that'll upset my system like crazy! Defeated by the whirling-teacup rides that children love lol
I'd go, be cautiously-optimistic, try a few smaller rides first before trying the big coasters. Listen to your body, if things seem fine then have fun and forget abput UC for the day! If things just don't sit right afterwards then there's always the bench-ride which has a very short line
