9mm polyp he left in colon is that right?

Inflammatory Polyps will fall off on their own, and they are noncancerous. No harm in leaving them.

I had an Inflammatory Polyp seen but left during in a flex-sig, had a repeat flex-sig 6 months later and the polyp was gone on its own.
