Colitis?

Hi,

After 2 years suffering and wondering what happened to me, 2 months ago I got the answer (probably). Third time endoscopy and colonoscopy with biopsy said crypt distortion and cryptitis with lymphocytes cells, plasm cells, and polymorphnuclear cells infiltration in colon mucosa. But there's no crypt abscesses. The test conclude with Active Chronic Colitis. That's it. My doctor said don't worry it won't become UC or Crohn. But I doubt.

If anyone here familiar with this, does this mean I have the early stage of ulcerative colitis? Or just colitis? What's the difference? I never and hoping never see blood in my stools, but they always loose, or diarrhea, tend to have paler colors and I always have pain and tight feelings in my right abdomen area under the ribs. Sometimes it burns. Doctor gave ppi, guessing it is from my gastritis, but it does nothing.

Now On my second month with Budenofalk 3 times a day, first month felt better but now into second month the loose stools,tight feeling and pain is back.

And how do you deal with this on daily basis? Cause mine seems flared from almost everything. I've eaten soft foods, still flared. Work on my pc, I flared. Driving or walking, I flared. Heck even if I sleep all day it still flared too. Does anyone with IBD experience this kind of neverending symptoms like me?

Thanks before. I just a bit depressed now as nothing seems to work out and I can't do any activities.
