OMG.......this stuff is absolutely amazing!!!! I have had UC for 6 years now and been on Pentasa 4g per day. Pentasa has been struggling to control UC for the last 18 months until......I came across Advanced Turmeric mixed with bioperin (black pepper extract, you can only purchase this from the Auto immune institute) the founder is Greg Williams. I've read about
Turmeric before with its healing properties but the body doesn't absorb it very well but mixed with the black pepper extract it absorbs up to 2000%. At first I didn't believe it until I heard a colleague at work talking about
doing a similar thing to treat inflammation on her horse's leg. So at £16 for a months supply (with a guarantee of your money back if you're not happy after 60 days, I thought why not try it. I was in quite a bad flare so it took 5 weeks to go from 10 trips to the loo a day down to 3. 2 weeks later it's like I'm on steroids with no side effects as the turmeric is a natural supplement. I can't stress enough how wonderful it is to go like you've never had UC! Amazing, so happy!

There are many options for curcumin with bioperine available. Don't need to buy that one. I'm a fan of the Vitabreeze version that Amazon carries.
