Way After surgery

It’s been 5 year after I had Proctocletomy. And every month
My bat crack hurts , some times it’s just a day other times it’s a week.
It hurts to walk, sit . Does anyone have this problem?
If so what the dr call it ? My dr in 2012 says it’s the muscle trying
To come back . But my new dr have no clue why it’s hurt. Don’t what it could be.
I did have to redo my right ileostomy one time cause it was not working right, to see if it would help but nope then I had to move it to the left side .

I would go to the doctor and have it looked at. It could be a pilonidal cyst or something along those lines. I had surgery and I do not have any pain when I sit or walk.
