I'm not sure if I'm having issues because my Entyvio levels are potentially slumping or not? But I'm feeling an odd sort of way that I don't recall having felt with UC previously.
Once I came off of my biologic a few months ago to try and see if Entyvio could support me by itself, some of my symptoms came back. Some slight bleeding and urgency, and a little bit of cramps. My GI put me on Uceris to see if that helped. I'm on my third week of it and it's REALLY been great.
But yesterday I feel like I just kind of went downhill really fast. I kept getting really bad indigestion and couldn't stop burping up anything I ate. I felt like everything I consumed that day just sat in my stomach and didn't do anything. I puked everything up once I got home from work and I was up until 1AM just feeling extremely sickly and nauseous.
Current symptoms:
Severe indigestion (which I've NEVER had before)
Extreme nausea
Slight abdominal cramping (no pain)
Slight bleeding with BM's (again, no pain there either)
Just feeling very "full" in my stomach without having eaten much.
I'm noticing that my appetite is just going downhill. I went out to eat and had ordered a plate with grilled tenders but I was only able to eat one before I felt completely full and almost sick because of how full I felt. - Previously during my December flare I felt like I had no appetite and couldn't eat just because I was in so much pain and felt so sick. But this feels very different....
My 4th Entyvio dose is on May 24th. Could this be a weird sign that my levels are slumping? They'll be testing them just my before the infusion so I guess I'll figure out there. I'll be going to UTSW to see my GI on May 9th, so I'm trying to figure a list of questions to potentially ask her with this.
I'm just really confused and scratching my head here. Never felt like this. I have a weird pressure in the back of my throat like my gag reflexes are going to go haywire at any given second.
Thoughts? Opinions?
