Another thought on daughters symptoms

My daughter always got a bag of fluid with her Remicade, the dr hasn't administered that with her last 2 or 3 infusions because they can't get the bags of fluid from their usual source, in Puerto Rico.

I wonder if this is changing the way she absorbs the Remicade, and could it be the cause of her muscle pain and fevers.

Has anyone else been getting their remicade without fluid? Any side effects?
