Lialda discontinued their copay assistance card program, and the cost at the counter can be a lot higher as a consequence thereof for the brandnamed lialda.
s476 is the pill code for brand-named Lialda. Insurance bills as brandnamed.
s476 is the pill code for the Shire-licensed generic of lialda (shire makes both the brandnamed and licesensed-generic). Insurance companies sometimes call these generics, and sometimes call them brandnamed drugs, as both are made by the same company and there is often no/little difference in price. Hit or miss on how your insurance bills it.
711 is the pill code for the lialda-generic made by Zydus pharmaceuticals. This is a true generic under insurance plans, but it also only shares the dosage and once a day application with Lialda. Different delayed-release-coating.
