I have been in “almost” remission for several months now. My only symptom is once or twice a week a small amount of blood is at the end of my stool. Is this all rectal bleeding?. I am taking a salofalk enema 3 times weekly but perhaps i should up the intensity? Should i add in some cortifoam?
Thanks<

Go to mesalamine nightly to start.
Good things are improving!

Yeah, I'd increase the enemas to nightly to start like quincy said. If that doesn't get you where you need to be, you could add a suppository in the morning (steroid or mesalamine).
