Nyquil and Mesalamine

I am taking pentasa and rowasa enemas and i was wondering would it be safe to take nyquil for one night. Ive been searching on this site and on the internet and couldnt find a definate answer. Dont know if mesalamine contains acetaminophen. Anybody use both of these before?
