I posted maybe 2 months ago about
enemas and have been doing much much better. Just had another scope done and went from 'severe' 6 months ago where they didnt even do a full scope due to pain i was having, to now 'mild' inflammation with no pain during the procedure.
Not sure what that has to do with much but when you guys use an enema do you stay relaxed and your body gets used to it over time? Or do you do what I do and clench as hard as I can and long as I can till the felling to head to the toilet goes away? Kind of a pain cause all this clenching does is wake me up as im going to bed.

Good progress, glad the enemas are working for you! When taking a rowasa, the first minute or so there's an urgent feeling to evacuate it (a bit of discomfort) and that feeling quickly goes away. I ignore it.

Normal....as your inflammation heals, it will improve.
