Cortifoam in the US?

I haven't used it in a while, but I believe it is called Cortifoam here too. Problem is, it costs about $400 per can. As with everything else, it is WAY overpriced, and I don't think there is a generic yet. According to the FDA website, cortifoam is not listed as a drug where there is currently a shortage. Weird that there isn't a generic since it was first sold in 1982, as that is over 35 years ago.

Yes, it's the tiny can. They usually give you one rigid syringe and you have to wash it and reuse it. I always thought the packaging for those were the worst. You would think they could make something disposable at least. They are really expensive here too. Usually about 500, but with my insurance I could get it for about $50. If you can get your doctor to write it for more frequent use, sometimes they will give you 2 cans for the copay. Since you're not using US insurance, I am not sure whether you can even use your insurance here. On the other hand, I went out of my way to get it thinking it would be my "magic bullet", drove to a variety of pharmacies (there was a shortage a few years back when I was flaring), spent a lot, and had zero result. Why not try the cheaper generic steroid enemas?

I have been unable to get it for six months or so. No pharmacy around here can even order it. Clearly there's a production problem.

My doctor prescribed me Uceris Foam instead, which seems more or less equivalent. I'd go that route if I were you.
