Okay the holidays are upon us and all the great tasting and smelling food that we cant eat are going to be staring us in the face. What are we to eat while everyone is stuffing themselves? Im in a flare but not too bad. Mild gas, very mild upset stomach, urgency is non- existant, about 4 bowel movemts aday but i think thats normal for me cause ive been a 4 to 6 bowlment kind of guy since being a kid, and very small amout of blood every other day in one bowel movement, but you really have to look for it to notice. Im on a strict diet right now of bananas, brown rice, mashed patatos, cooked carrots,eggs, and small amounts of chicken breast. Anybody have a recipes or ideas of what to eat? I bought me an organic turkey but dont know what i can marinate it with. Im gonna make some organic sweet patatos and use fresh pineapple pieces, no can fruit. Mashed patatos and was womdering if there is any type of safe homemade gravy that one can make? Im gonna kind of go out of my comfort zone for this one day. Tired of missing out on all that flavor,lol. Ive been on this strict a** diet for over three months. Need to eat something differnet atleast for one day. Two weeks ago a buddy was cooking some fajitas on the grill and i ate a little. Man i had to it smelt so good. Well anyways can people share what they eat or give some pointers or recipes. I would love to try something new just for one day.
