I lost nearly 2 stone in 3 wks and weighed 89kg but after the first wk into remission i ate as much carbs and took muscle mass protein shakes that are like 2,500 calories a go !!! A as ipoop said , i also got stuck into the triple chocolate stuff ...... But i also train a lot so i get big but not fat ....
I now weigh in at 99kg and that is from when i got rushed into hospital 9th oct , so that has took me just under 2 months , and i still am not fully better ,
Ipoop is right eat a lot of pastas ,breads , rices , potatoes, whole milk, , eggs , cheese , obviously some of you struggle to eat certain foods that i have mentioned but they are all good bulking foods , you should remember you dont want to get fat you want to build and mantain muscle as a priority first , i try and eat 2g of protein for every kilo i weigh so im fitting in 200g of tuna,mackerel, eggs ,minced beef, steak etc through out the day and i cram the carbs into each meal .....
