my daughter who is on remicade for 2 yrs has red spots on hand

Could be lots of things, such as a reaction to Remicade or something like hand, foot, and mouth disease (which usually happens to children but adults can get it too, because my brother in law had it a couple of years ago).

Give it another day or two and see how it goes. Email pictures to your doctor (GI or primary care or dermatologist) if you can and want to, or have her see a doctor if it continues to worsen.
