I tried it, and it was horrible. Be prepared for liquid D for DAYS, horrible stomach and leg cramps, migraines, muscle spasms... Also, that much fat is really not healthy. I know it's a fad and going into ketosis makes you lose weight quickly, but I would really research it, because it is a specific diet intended for people with epilepsy, not the populace at large.
