Gall bladder polyp?

Hi,
My daughter is still dealing with lupus like syndrome , probably from the remicade.
It may be chronic since she has been off remicade for almost a year and the symptoms are still here.
The blood values for drug induced and systemic lupus go up and down, they don’t go high anymore but they’re always positive.
She is on plaquenil for 2 months but it isn’t helping with the pain and fog, Skin burning and itching from the inside, but no skin discoloration.
She’s was given a ct by the hemotologist because platelets have gone up high and down but not quite normal. she is worried about cancer. There are no nodes in chest or abdomen, however a spot on her gall bladder showed up that they think is a polyp. The plan is to get another look possibly with a sonogram.

She has read that uc patients have a higher incidence of polyps on the gall bladder turning cancerous, and the same about lupus patients.
I don’t know if we should wait to be sent to a surgeon or ask to be sent ASAP since gall bladder cancer is hard if not found early.

If anyone has had any experience with the gall bladder or the lupus not ending, please give me some thoughts.
