You'll be fine as Pentasa doesn't have a PH-dependent, delayed-release coating that'd be impacted by a stomach acid-inhibitor. Rather, pentasa has a ethylcellulose-based coating which allows time and moisture dependent release of the active drug, independent of the pH. Medication is distributed gradually throughout the gastrointestinal tract from the duodenum to the rectum.
