Cryo therapy for UC

I won't bore everyone with my life's story. UC for about 8-9 years now. Using remicade, it's been working slowly after switching from Simponi. I have a buddy who has a portable cryo therapy tank thing who kept telling me I should try it so I did. It was cold, lasted about 3 minutes. Within a day I was experiencing significant symptom relief.

Just thought I'd put it out there might help someone.

I can't really break it down for you. I know elite athletes take ice baths and such to reduce muscle inflammation. People also use cryo to do the same is my understanding. I figured what do I have to lose? 25 bucks and about 3 minutes is all I was out if it didn't work. I can't tell you how or why it's working.

After 24hrs bowel movements down to about 3 per day from 8-9 or 10-12. My stomach is flat and not all bloated and miserable like usual. I can fart without sharting. I know that's graphic but hey if you're here you probably have UC and that ain't enough to make you queasy.
