Uceris $25 savings card with high deductible

The GI has ordered Uceris foam but I have high deductible insurance so I pay most of the amount.

Anybody used this card with HDHP? Do you really pay only $25?

Sounds like the co pay assistance asks you to pay the first $25. The assistance pays a maximum of $800.00. Ayything over that $825.00 is also your responsibility.

I believe Uceris is over $1,000.00, so it is possible you have to pay more in addition to the first $25. Any doubts, call and ask your pharmacy for the list price for your insurance plan.

Then again, you might be fine:

2 mg/dose Uceris rectal foam from $663.64 for 66.8 grams

66.8 grams....$9.93........$663.64

9 mg Uceris oral tablet, extended release from $1,880.23 for 30 tablet, extended release

Just a quick update, I used $25 card from ucerisfoam.com and it worked. Just got 2 boxes for $25.
