I'd imagine enemas and suppositories would be fine and not effect your PSA score. The enema fluid is absorbed in 20 minutes or less so no constant-pressure on your prostate. I think the suppositories is shallow enough to not exert pressure on the prostate (but not 100% sure). Bicycling can definitely effect your prostate, a lot of pressure/weight applied directly on prostate.
Normal for our PSA to go up a little with age. Not sure how high your PSA is, age, whether you have a family history of prostate cancer or not. If there is a continual trend of a PSA increase then they might need to do a prostate biopsy above a certain score. The guys at the healingwell Prostate Cancer forum are a lot more knowledgeable than I though (they're real helpful). Was asking them about it to advise my dad whose got issues with it now.
