It's not all that unusual not to have a bowel movement for a few days after a scope. Remember, the prep totally clears out your GI system. It has to "fill back up" again before you'd need to have a bowel movement.
After most of my scopes, I've gone 3-5 days before my next bowel movement. One full week is long, but it's not unheard of and may be normal for you.
If you get pain and/or bloating and a feeling of constipation, it could indicate an issue. But if you feel ok, don't stress too much.
