Change of Seasons

I used to have a seasonal pattern, but now it doesn't seem to matter.

Do you flare during the same seasonal change every year? Or is it when any season changes?

I'd be more worried about the long term cumulative effect of prednisone over the years, then I would be of entyvio.

I've heard a number of anecdotal mentions of annual flaring with the changing of the seasons. With late fall into winter being commonly blamed seasons. Changing of the seasons has a number of impacts, less daylight (less vitamin D from sunlight), we are indoors more (which might impact us with greater indoor allergen exposure like molds), less physical activity (I just sit on the couch and watch tv instead of doing stuff outside), and often a change in diet. Possible that some combination of those things might have an effect on our UC, possibly causing it to flare.
