How to reduce Inflamation

Hello all
I have a Ulcerative Colitis since 2012. I almost tried every medication. Remicade was very effective but after one year it produced antibodies. i am on Xeljanz. I do not have diarrhea, do not go for a stool more than 4 times max
no bleeding but Inflammation is not going down. i think it is a struggle. what you suggest.

You could add rectal meds to the mix.
Try adding LDN?

How do you know inflammation is not going down? A blood test? From a scope result? OR jsut because some symptoms remain.

No bleeding and solid stools sounds like remission or near-remission. Why do you say inflammation is not going down?

it is very interesting , my sysmpots look like it is totally remission but scope results showing that left side is inflammed badly. so from scope report

Do you have the results from your last scope? If so, post them.
What exactly is your description of left-sided UC? My description is that it's past the sigmoid and involves part or all of the descending colon. The reason I ask is that being inflamed badly doesn't match with the symptoms you're describing.
