Posting this because I have not seen digestive complaints (diarrhea, lack of appetite) as one of CV19 symptoms.
Synopsis of link: people who present symptoms of coughing, shortness of breath are diagnosed earlier and have better outcomes than people who present with digestive complaints and no respiratory symptoms. The reason for this is digestive complaints are common and not yet linked with CV19.
Bottom line:
if someone has had contact with someone with CV19 and has digestive complaints that are not normal for them they should be aware that lack of respiratory symptoms is not an all-clear for them. That doesn't mean we should head for the ER with our "normal" GI symptoms because that's a danger of getting CV19 too.
