Hello

Has anyone experience white dots on their stool (poop) is this normal?

And i also went from 5 to 8 bowel movements a day to constipation 3 days average. Is this a sign of flare or maybe the constipation is my colon healing and remission?

No not mucus. Just white dots very tiny like freckles and not on the whole stool. weird ?

Maybe some Asacol residue or pieces of undigested food?

One time I saw something that at first I thought were little worms or something and then I remembered I had eaten coconut cake ... it was undigested shredded coconut lol

I used to see little white specks in my stool that I’m sure were from undigested/not broken down Apriso I quit taking Apriso a few months ago and have never seen them since. I’ve seen the specks while flaring and sometimes when not flaring. Apriso is a capsule. Not sure if Asacol is or not but if it is I would bet that’s what you’re seeing.
