Regarding xeljanz

My daughter is suffering from UC since mid 2018.
She failed simponi. She started xeljanz (20mg per day) in December 2018 and within 3 days her bleeding stopped and she came in remission.

In July 2019 she reduced her dose to 10 mg per day and she came completely in remission without any problem. In end of November 2019 her FCP became 52.

But the problem started in mid march 2020. Her bleeding started from mid march till now. Her FCP came 2700 so her doctor increased her dose from 10 mg per day to 20 mg per day and rectal enema (hydrocortisone) but her bleeding has not stopped yet.

So i just wanted to know that has anyone suffered from the same? And any advices from you guys will be appreciated.

Hello! I never post, just read what everyone else says but what your daughter is going through sounded kind of similar to my last few months. I've been on Xeljanz 20mg for 9 months (diagnosed and hospitalized last year with severe pancolitis). Went into a flare earlier this year, my FCP was a little over 1400 so my doctor put me on prednisone 40 mg and then tapered. That totally helped turn things back around. Hoping to reduce Xeljanz to 10mg/day in the coming months.
