Allegra and TNF signaling blockade

Just came across https://ard.bmj.com/content/78/11/1524. It claims that Allegra blocks TNF signaling. I am sure it is not enough in our case but I wonder if anyone used and noticed even minor benefits along with the regular meds that they take.
