After 20 years - how often do you c-scope?

I’ve been popping up polyps like crazy. A few years ago they found 4 so colonoscopies were repeated every 6 months with a blue dye as one polyp was pre-cancer. Then I had one colonoscopy showed no polyps so I got to go a 18 months before the next one. They found an adenoma polyp at my last scope a couple of months ago. I’m scheduled to repeat the scope in 18 months.
