I was wondering if anyone has utilized a couple new drugs on the market for UC. One being Ozanimod, known as Zeposia and the other Ixekizumab, known as Taltz. One in now in the EU and the other is just finishing up phase 3.
I am a little concerned my incredible experience with Xeljanz is winding down with blood every few days and am starting to research my next savior.
Thanks,
limey

Sorry to hear that Xeljanz is starting to fail for you, just interested in hearing how long you have been on it.
For myself I will have been on it for 2 years at the beginning of March.
Touch wood I am still doing fine on it but over the years if there is one thing that stands out is that we are all so different regarding UC

I have been literally perfect on it for 18 months and it worked within days. Suddenly I have small amounts of blood. I ramped up the dose but still lingering. Thrown in some enemas but no real help. Way less of a flare then when I was on remicade but it is back. Crazy how my disease reacts perfectly to the meds and then adjusts.

Maybe it’s just a small flare that a short course of pred will fix. I had a few small flares on Remicade that went away with 2 to 3 week course of prednisone.

Besides Zeposia, another one which is being approved is AbbVie Rinvoq.
