Bleeding on budesonide enemas

Hello everyone,
I have proctitis and have been on budesonide enemas for 2 months or so, but a couple weeks ago my butt started to feel itchy. I disregarded the symptoms but now I bleed when I go to the toilet. It is mostly on TP and surrounding the poop. Once I didn't even poop and I found blood on TP. Is it possible it's just from wounds caused by inserting the cannula? Or should I be worried?

There was no mucus, only bright red blood. Basically there is only blood in the "grooves" of the poop... I have been applying hemorroid cream but 3 days counting and no improvements.
