Diet got out of this flare watch link

The guy is a quack

Sometimes mild flare up symptoms fizzle out. You never know if it was something you did with your diet, or treatment, or if it just headed where it was headed.

I hate when people profess a treatment/cure based on a single instance of a single person's mild symptoms subsiding. Mild symptoms tend to subside if you're lucky enough to be suffering with mild involvement rather than having a moderate/severe diagnosis.

Sometimes I wish there was a board dedicated to mild, so those people can tout all their miracle cures that bear zero significance on people with more considerable involvement. I've noticed, here on hw, sometimes people claiming mild involvement don't have a technical diagnosis.

Please feel free to share your story. What's your diagnosis, what area is involved, when we're you diagnosed and how? 9 posts and one a link to a type of naturopath looking to promote his nonsense agenda certainly doesn't look right, in my opinion.

if it's all about the eating pizza drinking beer all day every day cure, i'm in !

Pretty much everything this guy is talking about has been discussed in this forum many times, but a pint of blueberries a day??? While I like blueberries the thought of that many makes me want to run to the toilet lol

I hope this works for the OP (or anyone else who wants to try it. I wouldn't base an opinion on whether it works or not after just a couple days. Let us know how you are doing in 6 months.

I looked at your first post in January & see that you are new to UC, diagnosed less than a year, was taking Mezavant & considered yourself in remission in January. What happened, did you stop your Mezavant or did it stop working? Looks like you have mild UC, which is great for you, as long as you think this diet is working have at it. If I ate all of those blueberries I would be sitting on the throne.

Keep in mind most of the members in this forum are long haulers that has been dealing with this disease for many years. Lots of various diets tried & failed even while taking meds, then we've had some people that are in denial about their diagnosis.
