Blood thinners PLEASE I NEED ADVICE

You should be fine with heparin, the drs will monitor your blood levels. The heparin will help the blood clot dissolve quicker. I know your anxiety is through the roof, but try to calm yourself a little. Take care.

Blood thinners are commonly given to patients in the hospital with severe flares, as those people are at higher risk of blood clots. So you should be ok - it shouldn't affect your UC much, and the benefits of the blood thinner outweigh the risks here.
