So my doctor told me for many many years that this was always caused by stress that it’s not the food that I eat. Thoughts? I did find out after starting to drink iced coffee, because I’m not a real coffee drinker, that it definitely helped me go to the bathroom quicker in the morning but now I’m wondering if it’s been detrimental. It’s very difficult to decide what to eat because I don’t know if I’m hurting myself with certain foods or not, therefore I find myself starving myself
