Hi All,
Entyvio put me into remission for almost three years, but then it began to fail and I switched to Stelara, which also failed, and now I'm on Humira, which is also failing.
The remaining current options seem to be:
Remicade
Xeljanz
Zeposia
Remicade is the most established with tons of safety data, but it is less likely to work for me since Humira is failing.
Xeljanz works the fastest and seems to have a high success rate for UC, but the safety profile is a bit worrisome (though I'm 36 without cardiovascular issues, so that helps).
Zeposia has the least safety data, but the data that's there is pretty good according to my doctor. He considers it safer than Xeljanz, but it doesn't work as fast and the success rate might not be as high.
Curious what the rest of you fine folks would do in my shoes. Appreciate all the insight I can get, per usual.
