Trapped gas is suddenly back…

During this year long flare (mainly blood with every bm) I have had a lot of gas in the mornings that Ive always been able to release.

Now all of a sudden when I wake up Im getting trapped wind like a long time ago. Theres gas there but my body decides to not let it out…why does this happen? And most importantly, how can I fix it?

Its one of the worse symptoms because it lasts throughout the whole day and makes me feel bloated and horrible.

Well I go between 1-3 times, some days not at all if Ive gone many the day before. Bleeding and rectum pain are my worst symptoms. The bleeding I seem to be controlling better since re-starting the salofalk nightly enemas, gone from bleeding everyday to every 7-8 days. Rectum pain still happens if any more than minimal pushing is involved.

I am starting Humira soon yes, the doc wants me to continue on aza for 3 months at the same time still, then try to remove it.
